Mr. Arttapol Surasithipanthawat, Chief Corporate Support Officer of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), as a Living Solutions Provider, revealed that, "According to the strategy of Thriving 'growing on existing battlegrounds and new waters', the company has launched 27 new projects worth a total of 41.2 billion baht as planned for 2022, consisting of 25 horizontal projects and 2 high-rise projects (by SC and SCOPE). We have already opened 4 horizontal projects valued at 4.265 billion baht, which have received an excellent response. Additionally, we organized the #FeelSCcondo event showcasing all experiences from 4 quality condominiums by SC Asset, resulting in over 33% of our annual sales target being achieved in just 4 months. Moving forward, we will gradually open another 23 new projects throughout the year, with 7 projects set to launch in the second quarter alone. Therefore, we are confident that SC will grow and achieve sales and revenue of 22 billion baht as targeted this year."

The sales come from ongoing projects, with 45 projects remaining for sale as of March 31, 2022, valued at over 25.66 billion baht, divided into 37 horizontal projects and 8 condominiums, all located in prime locations.

Recently, the company is preparing to launch pre-sales for a new condominium brand, 'Reference Sathorn–Wongwianyai', featuring a new design concept just 130 meters from the BTS Wongwianyai station, with a project value of 4 billion baht expected around June.

Additionally, in the fourth quarter of 2022, the company will begin transferring ownership of 3 condominium projects, including The Crest Park Residences valued at 3.1 billion baht, as well as SCOPE Langsuan valued at 8.6 billion baht and SCOPE Promsri valued at 1.1 billion baht.

Mr. Arttapol concluded by stating, "For the first quarter performance, the company reported total revenue of 3.854 billion baht, derived from operational revenue of 3.827 billion baht, with 94% from sales and 6% from rental and service income, resulting in a net profit of 388 million baht, or 10.1% of revenue."

Sales in the first three months exceeded targets, reaching a total of 5.285 billion baht, with a backlog of 10.151 billion baht. The company is also preparing to pay dividends on May 19 at a rate of 0.20 baht per share. As of March 31, 2022, the company and its subsidiaries had total assets and liabilities of 49.316 billion baht and 28.789 billion baht, respectively, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 1.40.
